Sacred Ground: A Women’s Grief + Renewal Retreat

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Step into a day designed to hold you gently—body, mind, and spirit. Sacred Ground is a women’s retreat that offers spaciousness, creativity, connection, and deep restoration as you navigate the tender landscape of grief.

We begin in community with an Opening Circle, followed by a compassionate teaching on grief to help you understand your journey with clarity and care. You will be guided into reflective journaling with curated prompts, giving your inner voice room to breathe.

After lunch, we move into gentle restorative practices: slow movement, meditation, and sound healing to soothe the nervous system and reconnect you to your body’s innate wisdom.

The afternoon continues with a grounding clay-making session, where your hands become tools for release, expression, and meaning-making. Each woman will be guided in creating her own unique clay piece, shaped with intention and personal symbolism. Your piece will be fired in the kiln after the retreat and will be available for pickup once its finished-a tangible reminder of your healing, strength, and the sacred ground you cultivate within yourself.

The afternoon continues with a grounding clay-making session, where your hands become tools for release, expression, and meaning-making. We close the day in shared reflection, integrating what was felt, discovered, and created.

This retreat is a soft space to honor loss, reconnect with yourself, and step toward renewal—supported, seen, and never alone.

For booking our early bird rate of $195 is due no later than December 31, 2025. After that our rate is $225. Payments can be made directly to Erica at Venmo: @EricaAnn82 or click on the booking link and it will direct you to make a payment using PayPal.
