Somatic healing & breath work
Somatic healing and breathwork are powerful, body-centered practices that support the release and integration of stress, trauma and emotional blockages. Unlike traditional talk therapies that focus primarily on cognitive processing, somatic healing recognizes that trauma is stored in the body-and healing must involve the body as well. Breathwork, a central look in somatic healing, uses conscious, controlled breathing patterns to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to move out of a flight-or-fight, freeze state and into a space of safety and repair.
For individuals dealing with chronic stress, PTSD, or trauma, these practices can offer profound relief. They help establish a sense of presence, calm the nervous system, and create space for emotional release without the need to relive painful memories verbally. Over time, this can lead to a greater resilience, improved emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of connection to the self.
Co- regulating child and caregiver movement and breathwork classes
This class is specifically created for caregivers and children; these classes will include body movement and guided breathing to support and strengthen parent-child regulation tools. Caregivers can attend alone or with their child. These classes are 1:1 class offered online or in person by appointment.
Reiki energy healing
What is Reiki energy healing?
A form of energy healing that involves a practitioner lightly placing their hands on or just above your body to help guide energy and promote balance. In simple terms it is a relaxing hands-on treatment to help you feel calmer and more balanced.
It is believed that when life energy is low or blocked, we are more likely to feel stress or become ill. Reiki aims to restore the flow of energy, promoting relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and balance.
Benefits of Reiki:
Stress reduction and relaxation.
Relief from pain or tension.
Support for emotional healing.
Improved sleep.
Enhanced sense of spiritual connection.
Many hospitals and wellness centers include it as part of integrative care. Studies suggest that Reiki may activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and healing responses.
Restore + Sound bath
A restorative sound bath class is a meditative and deeply relaxing experience that uses sound to promote healing, stress reduction, and inner peace. Participants typically lie down on yoga mats or cushions in a comfortable position, often with blankets or eye masks, while a practitioner plays various instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. These instruments produce harmonious vibrations that “bathe” the body and mind in sound.
Unlike more active forms of meditation or yoga, a restorative sound bath requires no movement or effort-just receptivity. The class is designed to create a peaceful, immersive environment where participants can release tension, reduce anxiety, and connect with a sense of inner stillness that often ends with a period of quiet reflection or gentle guided meditation.

Yin + Meditation
Yin Yoga is a slow, passive style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues (life fascia, ligaments, and joints) rather than muscles. Poses are typically held for 3-5 minutes, and sometimes longer, with minimal muscular effort.
When combined with meditation, Yin Yoga becomes deeply introspective and calming practice. The stillness of the body supports a meditative state of mind.
Key Components of Yin + Meditation:
Long held postures: Each pose is an opportunity to be still and present, which naturally invites mindfulness.
Focused breathing: Conscious breathing helps anchor the mind and supports meditative awareness.
Mental stillness: By embracing physical stillness, practitioners often find it easier to quiet the mind.
Emotional release: Holding poses for longer durations can bring up stored emotions, making, it a powerful meditative tool.
Energy flow: Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga may also be used to stimulate meridians, helping balance energy (Qi) in the body.
Yoga & Somatic movement gently invite the body out of survival mode by creating safety through slow, intentional movement and breath. This helps release stored tension, improve body awareness, and bring the nervous system back into balance.
Adding sauna amplifies the process. Heat increases circulation, relaxes muscles, supports detoxification, and activates the parasympathetic (“rest and restore”) response, making it easier for the body to let go.
Together they create a full body reset: Calming stress and anxiety, releasing deep tension and trauma held in the body, improves sleep and emotional regulation, helps you to feel grounded, present, and restored.
