Hi, I’m Erica Ann.

For the past 13 years, I’ve worked as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Over the last 9 years, I’ve also taught yoga in a variety of settings—jails, domestic violence shelters, one-on-one sessions, and group classes. Through this work, I’ve witnessed the profound healing power of somatic movement and breathwork in restoring the parasympathetic nervous system, especially when it comes to trauma-related damage to the vagus nerve.

These practices have transformed not only the lives of those I’ve served but also my own. Inspired by these experiences, I felt called to create a healing center—a safe, supportive space that offers somatic movement classes, breathwork, parent-child co-regulation sessions, workshops, retreats, and even portrait photography sessions to help uplift individuals navigating difficult times.

This center will be more than just a wellness space; it will be a heart-led community hub—offering weekly support groups, guest speakers, healing circles, and open discussions around complex trauma and recovery.

Our mission is simple: to nurture a deep sense of belonging and provide a safe, inclusive environment for all.

Eventually, we aim to become a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, allowing us to extend support to low-income families and make healing accessible to everyone.
