Hi, I’m Erica Ann.

For more than 13 years, I’ve worked directly with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and I continue to serve as a domestic abuse advocate today. My work in the advocacy world has deeply shaped my understanding of complex trauma, nervous-system dysregulation, and the profound need for safe, accessible spaces for healing.

For the past nine years, I’ve also taught yoga and somatic movement in diverse settings—jails, domestic violence shelters, one-on-one sessions with trauma survivors, and group classes. Through this work, I’ve witnessed the powerful ways that mindful movement, breathwork, and vagal-nerve–supportive practices can help restore balance and reconnect individuals to their bodies.

These practices have transformed both my work and my personal healing journey, and they continue to guide everything I offer. Today, I provide somatic movement classes, gentle flow, restorative , Vinyasa sessions, Yin and breathwork, parent–child co-regulation sessions, workshops, retreats, and portrait photography as a form of empowerment and reclaiming self-identity. I’m also excited to offer sauna sessions as an additional tool for grounding and nervous-system restoration.

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to complex trauma advocacy. My mission is to educate, support, and empower survivors by teaching nervous-system regulation skills and creating compassionate spaces for healing. Whether through movement, breath, community offerings, or educational content on my Facebook page, my goal remains the same: to help people feel seen, supported, and at home in their own bodies.

Client Reviews

“From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, held, and welcomed into a truly sacred space. The sound bath was deeply moving, Erica intuitively used heart centered and grounding instruments that allowed emotions I’d been holding for years to gently surface and release. I felt supported, listened to, and safe to be vulnerable.

The combination of sound, breathwork, light movement, Reiki, and the cedar sauna created a powerful sense of relief, connections, and renewal. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply cared for, like someone had truly taken time and energy to support my healing journey. This experience was transformative, healing, and opening. I’m incredibly grateful.”
